Customer areas and back-of-house facilities
A clean showroom needs more than a quick pass across the entrance. We discuss customer flow, floor surfaces, display layouts and the areas staff use behind the scenes. The agreed scope helps keep presentation consistent without disturbing stock or displays.

Work around displays and valuable stock
Products, fragile items and display equipment need clear boundaries. We agree what cleaners may touch or move and which areas should be prepared by staff. Cleaning behind heavy displays or around sensitive equipment requires a separate assessment before it is included.
Tell us about floor finishes and manufacturer care instructions. Cleaning methods should suit the surface rather than risk damage from an unsuitable product. Routine cleaning does not include restoration or repairs.
Flexible cleaning around customer hours
After-hours visits can keep vacuuming, wet floors and cleaning equipment away from customers. We confirm access, keys, alarms and lock-up instructions before starting. Where evening access is limited, we discuss whether another suitable time is available.
Busy entrances and amenities may need more frequent service than occasional meeting rooms. We work with you to set a schedule that reflects use and priorities, with direct communication and no lock-in contracts.
A quote based on your premises
Share your location, approximate floor area, opening hours, floor types and preferred frequency. A site visit allows us to check the layout and accessibility before providing a tailored scope and price. For separate administration areas, you may also find our office cleaning service useful.
Does showroom cleaning include the products on display?
Only specific surfaces or items agreed in the scope. Vehicles, stock, delicate products and machinery are not automatically included in premises cleaning.
Do you clean shop windows?
Window cleaning is excluded, along with carpet steam cleaning and linen services. Tell us exactly which internal surfaces need attention so the quote is clear.
Can we change the schedule during a busy period?
Contact us to discuss a change. Extra visits or tasks depend on availability and are agreed before work is carried out.
