What can your office cleaning include?
A tidy reception makes a first impression, but staff kitchens and washrooms need just as much attention. We agree a cleaning scope for each part of your office so the service is consistent from visit to visit.

Workstations, documents and equipment
Clear access allows better cleaning. We agree how desks should be left and which items must not be moved. Computers, private documents, personal belongings and sensitive equipment require clear instructions; they are not treated as ordinary wipe-down surfaces.
If you share a building with other tenants, we define the boundary between your office and common building areas. This avoids duplicating a building manager’s service or missing spaces you expect to be covered.
A schedule based on office use
Cleaning frequency should reflect staff numbers, visitor traffic and how kitchens and washrooms are used. We can discuss weekly or more frequent visits and separate periodic tasks from the regular scope. After-hours cleaning helps limit noise and wet-floor disruption during the working day.
Before service begins, we confirm keys, alarms, entry times and lock-up requirements. You have direct communication with an owner-led business and can review the arrangement as your staffing or office layout changes.
What is outside routine office cleaning?
Carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning and linen services are not included. Any additional task should be discussed and agreed before the quote is finalised. For offices attached to a larger site, see our warehouse cleaning service.
Do we need to supply a fixed weekly schedule?
Tell us your preferred days and operating hours. We will discuss a workable cleaning arrangement and confirm availability before starting.
Can you quote before seeing the office?
Your initial details help us understand the job, but a site visit allows a more accurate scope and price. Share your approximate size, floor types and the number of amenities when you enquire.
